Shipping Policy

Get it quick, look good quicker.

We know the feeling—you just hit "Place Order" and suddenly you're refreshing the tracking page every ten minutes. We don't blame you. We're just as impatient as you are.

Here’s how we get your goodies to you:

  • Processing Time: We pack with love and care. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order (handling time).

  • Shipping Time (USA):

    • Standard: 5–8 business days.

    • Expedited: 2–4 business days (for when you need it for that party this weekend).

  • Tracking: As soon as we slap the label on the box, you’ll get a tracking number sent straight to your inbox.

  • Address Errors: Please double-check your address! If it bounces back to us because of a typo, we’ll have to charge you for re-shipping. We love you, but we can't afford to pay for your mailman's detours.

Note: While we do our best, shipping carriers (USPS/UPS) can sometimes be slow during holidays or bad weather. We can't control the weather, but we promise we'll hold your hand (virtually) until it arrives.
